My search for the perfect chili oil was one and done when I discovered Karanchi Chili Crisps!! What makes Karanchi stand out is their generous helping of garlic crisps in the oil. The garlic crisps are cut long-ways to be thin and have always retained their crunch through the whole shelf life (which doesn’t last long in our house!).
I love the care and attention that’s dedicated into each batch and this is a company I always feel great purchasing from. I’ve been sending these as Christmas gifts for the last few years to friends and family out of state and they always make the shipping process a breeze! Absolute 10/10!!
As an Asian, you bet I've tried a ton of the other chili oils out there. Karanchi is by far my favorite, living up to its onomatopoeic name. It's got this crunch that somehow maintains, and the bottle is indeed loaded with the good stuff like the image on this page. No exaggeration, no fluff, just an honest and quality product and brand. Fan for life.
I love this chili crisp. I have been eating the spicy one so long that it is barely spicy to me anymore but I still love the flavor. This is the best chili crisp that I have had.
